Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Sally!
She was adopted from us in 2016! Her owner is needing to regime her due to no fault of her own.
When we originally rescued her from the Indian reservation we realized why this sweet dog was so shy and timid. She had a bullet in her chest! That's right - people used to shoot at this poor dog.
We removed the bullet and she settled into her foster home. Her foster ended up keeping her. Fast forward to today and sadly she is losing her home :(
She's looking for her forever retirement home where she will never have to be uprooted again. She's dog friendly and seems to love boy dogs the most! We are unsure how she would be with cats but she is very laid back and passive so we think she might be okay. We'd have to do a meet & greet to see!
She is doggie door trained, walks well on a leash, is playful and just a well rounded gem of a dog!
Would you be so kind as to give an older dog a spoiled rest of days? Let us know if you're interested!
