Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello, I'm Kodi. My life started like any superhero's - ordinary, until an extraordinary event. I was a normal pup, exploring the world, when I stumbled upon a mysterious object. It was a magical stone that granted me super intelligence. I used my newfound smarts to help other animals, but humans misunderstood my actions. They thought I was causing trouble, so they brought me here. I'm not mad, just a bit cautious. I've seen the best and worst of humanity, but I still believe in the good. I'm gentle, sweet, and curious about the world. I'm smart, too. I just need someone patient, someone who'll understand my past and help me trust again. I promise, once I trust you, I'll be the most loyal friend you'll ever have. Adopt me, and together, we can make our own superhero story.
$300 for BONDED pair (rather than $200 each for $400 total)

LAPAW Rescue spays or neuters every animal, provides all shots, and vet checks every animal. Anyone interested in adopting must fill out an adoption application and be screened by an adoption coordinator. Home visits are required prior to adoptions. The home visit is to assure the safety of the animal and that the dog is a good match for the family.
