Imara is looking for her forever home! This gorgeous girl is playful, silly, and absolutely adores her people.  Her sweet and loving nature shines above all else, and she can’t wait to find her happily ever after! 

Imara bonds to her people quickly and will make the most devoted companion you could ask for. She is looking for a patient, quiet home with a private fenced yard (no apartments or condos). She’s all about the cushy life: someone needs to give this girl all the beds, pillows, couches, and snuggles her heart desires!

Imara absolutely adores other dogs and will do best in a home with another confident pup in it. She adapts well to other dogs' play styles and happily shifts between rough and tumble wrestling, tug of war, or a game of chase! BONUS: We think she’d do okay with kitties! 

This treat motivated beauty is smart and eager to please. She is house trained, crate trained, and has been mastering basic cues. And have we mentioned her happy dance? She wiggles and does giant hops when she's really excited. How adorable is she!?

Imara is 2-3 years old and weighs 65 pounds. She is a mixed breed Shepherd-type dog who is all heart and charm. If you are looking for a gentle lady to sit next to you while reading a good book, Imara is the gal for you!
