Snuggles is a well-mannered, affectionate, and low-maintenance senior pittie. He is 10 years old and 60lb. Snuggles would prefer to be the only pet in a home without small children. He enjoys playing gentle fetch, giving kisses and cuddling. Snuggles LOVES ladies! He is friendly with older children and other adults (even complete strangers), but can be nervous around small children under 3 years old. Snuggles is calm around other dogs or cats if they keep a comfortable distance. He rides well in the car and does well in the house alone. He knows all the basic commands and some more. Snuggles is such a gentleman: he will wait for your command before eating, and he will also back up to give you more space if you wish. Snuggles is neutered, very healthy, and up-to-date on vaccines. Potential families are asked to complete or Adoption Application before visiting our dogs. We introduce you and your family including any other dogs/cats in your family to our adoptable dogs. If the meeting is a good match we will schedule a home check to ensure that the home is a good match for the pet that you have selected. You will then be asked to complete our Adoption Agreement and to finalize the adoption there will be a processing fee to adopt a pet from us. All proceeds go directly back to help support our rescue and there are no paid employees so all fees are used for our pets waiting to be adopted.

More about this rescue

We are located in the San Diego area and pull dogs from southern California shelters and we assist families in rehoming their pets so that they don't have to go to a shelter.

I started doing rescue because I couldn't stand to see adoptable dogs being euthanized due to lack of an immediate home. I knew that I could find them good homes.
