Hi, I’m Toby. Due to unforeseen financial issues my humans had to return me to WHDR after about a year with them. They are really going to miss me! I’m enjoying my time with my foster fur siblings but might do best as the only dog in the home. I am looking forward to having a forever home of my own again. I walk nicely on leash and know that outside is where I do my business. I can even sit, down, and stop on command. I can’t wait to meet you!

3. Meet and greet
4. Home safety check
5. Final approval and adoption finalized
