My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Named because she was found in a Chevrolet, Chevy, an eight-week-old short-haired gray and white female tabby kitten, is a delightful combination of friendly, playful, relaxed, and loveable. She has never met a dog, cat, or human that she didn’t immediately warm up to! She revs her purr engine upon meeting new people and greets new four-leggeds expecting to become good friends!
“I’m quite good at reading the energy level in a room,” she confides. “And I’m really very flexible; if others want to play, I’m all in! But if it’s a dreary day and no one’s in the mood, I’m happy to shift into idle gear and find an empty lap where I can curl up and cuddle!
“I love accompanying my foster mom to work where I can keep an eye on all of the action… people coming and going, kitties in their carriers, dogs strolling by, occasionally giving me a sniff. I don’t mind at all!
“But the best part of the day is heading home with mom; I spend some quality time with my foster dad and romp with the other pets. Then we all park together on the couch, listening to the Best of the Seventies or watching thrilling episodes of The Sopranos!
“My foster family reminds me to be patient, that my forever family will be found. But honestly, I don’t understand why no one has expressed interest in me. I am sweet and loving, I get along with everyone… kids, dogs, and cats! And I’ve been told that I’m quite attractive! I’m litter box trained, up to date on all age-appropriate shots, and as soon as I reach 3 lbs, I will be spayed… not that I understand what that's all about!
“Wouldn’t you like to meet me? I would really like to meet YOU!”
