World, meet Rubix Cube.
Quick Facts:

Size: Currently 64lbs and still growing
Enjoys life romping and wrestling around with his sibling. He thinks food is the greatest invention in the world, he will do nearly anything for a snack...which will be beneficial when working on teaching your newest family member the expectations and boundaries in his new home!
Rubix Cube is a real sweetheart; he loves to snuggle up to his foster mom, and in spite of his size, he still thinks he belongs on her lap. Rubix Cube is outgoing, he enjoys neighborhood walks and visits to breweries so he can dazzle people with his sparkly personality and give out free kisses. He is crate trained, although the crate is not his favorite thing. He is housebroken as well, but the excitement of his people coming home might result in a little tinkle winkle on the floor.
Rubix Cube has been around other dogs his whole life, and he would probably enjoy the companionship of a sibling, but with the proper amount of exercise and mental stimulation, he might enjoy being one and only. He would love his owner to have a flexible schedule or WFH, so he gets more time to adjust to his new environment. Rubix Cube grew up with cats in his home and can coexist without issues. He is your typical puppy, goofy and ridiculous adorable with a touch of mischievousness.
Puppies require training, so Rubix Cube is no different. Expect to work to potty train your newest addition as well as work with them on their basic obedience. We highly encourage enrolling your new addition in training courses to teach obedience and socialization skills. Please remember puppies are A LOT of work and are a commitment for life.
Rubix Cube is a proud member of the R litter, who started their rescue journey after their momma was adopted from a local shelter while she was pregnant. Their wonderful foster momma even DNA tested one of the puppies, so not only do we know their full history, but we also know that they are mostly GSD & Border Collie, with a handful of other random breeds in there - of course. Being that they are working breeds, expect to provide lots of physical stimulation and enrichment activities throughout their lifetime.

- Local adopters only. Due to our thorough adoption process including home visits, we limit our adoptions to local families in the greater Charlotte area.
