Frisky, born approximately 12/7/2017, is a sad-faced, big tabby teddy bear, who needs a loving, inviting, forever home where he can finally retire from a rough life on the streets. This large and majestic gentleman has been quite the traveler, starting out at a different rescue in Forsyth county, escaping from his then-foster home, and winding up over 20 miles away near downtown Greensboro over the course of 2 years! He surely has a lifetime of stories to tell and has spent his 4 weeks since rescue, catching up on some much-needed, peaceful sleep. Frisky is a little shy and needs a bit of time to warm up to new people before he totally trusts them (having to fend for himself outside for the past couple of years) but he is such a gentle fella, loves to have soft pets on his head, under his chin, and a cozy bed in which to rest. Just imagine a sweet, handsome, man who is entering early retirement and wants nothing more than a steady supply of food, a window to look out of from his recliner, and a live-in caretaker to watch game shows with and talk about the good ol' days.
Adopting from Sheets Pet Clinic cat adoptions is simple! Request an application, answer a few follow-up questions, then when your application is approved, we set up a meet-greet. The application helps us guide you to your best match. If we donât have your best match, we can refer you to other great rescue groups.

Our adoption fee is $100 for each cat 6 months and older, $150 if you adopt two 6+ month-old cats at the same time. $125 for each kitten, $200 for two kittens adopted at the same time. That fee includes spay or neuter, microchipping (we register the chip for you), testing for FeLV (Feline Leukemia) and/or FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), current, age-appropriate vaccinations, FeLV vaccinations for kittens, flea treatment and deworming. All adoptees receive an âexit examâ from one of our veterinarians before going home.

NO RISK! Adoption fee is refundable for two weeks to make sure you've found a match for your household. Even after two-week period, we'll take the adopted cat back for any reason
Come to our adoption fairs, held every second and fourth Saturday at Sheets Pet Clinic (809 Chimney Rock Court, Greensboro, NC, 27409) from 1-4. At the clinic on those days, you can visit sometimes 40 kittens/cats at one time, interact with them in a quiet environment, spend as much time as you like with them in exam rooms. Foster parents or staff are always on hand to help you make the best match for your household.
