Thomas is a 4-year-old Pitbull mix with a lot of energy and a heart of pure gold. This playful guy is always ready for an adventure—whether it`s a long walk, a game of fetch, or just zooming around the yard with a big goofy grin.

Don’t let his high energy fool you—Thomas is incredibly affectionate and loyal. He bonds deeply with his people and loves nothing more than being close to them. His heart is as big as his personality, and he’s always eager to give love (and receive belly rubs in return!).

Thomas would do best in an active home with a family who can match his enthusiasm for life and continue helping him with basic manners and structure. He prefers to be the only pet so he can soak up all the attention he deserves

Submit Application

Applications can be obtained at the shelter or downloaded here: http://www.cleburne.net/265/Adoptions. We do not have an online app.

3.
Approve Application

Our adoption coordinator will contact applicant within 24 - 72 hours to inform of application status.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

All adoption paperwork must be completed in person. Valid government issued ID is required and applicant must be over 18.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Take the Pet Home

Once contract is signed and fees are paid, the pet is able to go home right then. Be sure to check our website for detailed adoption info.

Additional adoption info

Pet Adoption Fee is $75.00 (we have adoption specials regularly so check out Cleburne Animal Shelter Facebook page for more info on specials)

Adoption fee include spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, microchip, age appropriate vaccinations, 30 days pet health insurance, and more!
