Here's what the humans have to say about me:
YAY FOR WINNIE!!! Winnie was surrendered as a stray to a local NYC shelter. She was in horrible condition found tied up in a hallway of an apartment building.
Winnie is "said" to be 12 years young but foster mom feels like she is more likely to be 9ish based on her behavior. Now that she is all cleaned up and feeling much better its given her personality time to shine. She LOVES the company of the other dogs in her foster home and is doing great on her housebreaking. Winnie has started to play with toys and selects her favorite one to carry around.
She finds her spot at night and will sleep quietly. She is a very smart girl and extremely food motivated. Winnie came to us with a heart murmur. She saw the cardiologist for her heart murmur and was determined was simply due to age related changes. She was cleared for her surgeries and did great for her dental, spay and eye lid mass removal.
Winnie would LOVE nothing more then to find her furever HOME.
