Say "hello" to Mikey! This handsome guy is excited to meet you today and hopes you'll take him home. In his new digs he wishes for plenty of space for romping around with his people and all his favorite toys. He is very excited for play and can be a bit jumpy so he must meet any children in the home prior to adoption and would likely do best with older children. He is always thrilled to join you for a walk on a sunny day or relax by your side and watch out the windows on rainy days. He hopes every day he gets as many pets as you can give in exchange for wonderful doggy kisses. When meeting dogs here at the shelter Mikey tended to be little much for most dogs. He will need to meet all dogs in the home before adoption to make sure he is a good fit for your family. If he were to make a canine companion it would most likely be with a very tolerant dog. We have a simple adoption application and approval process. Our adoption fees vary by animal, but generally include neutering, age appropriate vaccinations, behavior and health assessments, and health insurance. In addition, all adopters have free access to our Adopter Support program for assistance with health or behavior issues that may arise.
