He is the sweetest boy. He is housetrained and rides well in a car. Koby came to the sanctuary at only 27 lbs! Since being in our care he has steadily put on weight. If you are looking for a well behaved sweet boy then look no further! He was adopted out and was returned 2 years later.

Our process is not too detailed but we want to make sure the furbaby will be taken care of. We are not a first come, first served rescue, however, we also will not require the adopter to jump through tons of hoops to adopt either.

Happy Tails Animal Sanctuary aims to be the forever home for animals we take in. However, due to the volume of homeless pets, we do operate on a rescue basis as well. We pull from kill shelters, have the pet altered and evaluated and try to place the pet in a forever home. If the sanctuary is the best fit for the pet, then it will stay here. However, not all animals do well in a multianimal household.
