My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*Please read FULL description before inquiring.*

Lolli was abandoned outdoors during the spring of 2023. She is used to free-roaming, so we require that her new family will let her have at least a 100 square feet (approximately 10’ x 10’) room. She is a wonderful bunny! She loves cuddles and attention. Lolli came from a home with a dog, cat, and young children and got along great with them.

Rabbits are the most abandoned pets, and those with ruby eyes tend to be with us for quite some time, as many people think their eyes are scary. However, ruby-eyed bunnies tend to be total sweethearts like Lolli and just want someone to love them for who they are.

If you aren’t sure if a rabbit is a good fit for your home and family, consider fostering! We supply all items needed (with the exception of fresh foods). For more information, please visit www.hhsar.org/foster.

If you're interested in adopting, please submit an adoption application at www.hhsar.org/adopt. The adoption fee is $60, which does not include a habitat, cage, pen, or any supplies. We regularly have used habitats, cages, pens and supplies available for a donation fee. Please contact us for more information. We are a foster-based rescue and do not have a shelter location where our animals can be visited. We can arrange a visit if you're interested in adopting, but we require an adoption application to be submitted before.
