My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Max is a 1 year old darling Shih Tzu-Poodle mix. He weighs about 22 pounds and is fully grown. Max is affectionate and gets along well with other dogs. He was given up by his former owner because of the owner's health problems. Max was forced to live a very sedentary life there, and did not have many opportunities to get out and run and play. He is looking for an active home with a nice fenced yard.

Max made himself right at home from day 1. He has not been trained in obedience, but does come when called. Max probably needs an experienced dog owner to work with Max on commands. He follows his foster mom like a shadow and looks over her shoulder when she is working on the computer.

Max has been neutered, vaccinated and tested negative for heartworms. His adoption fee is $250. If you are interested in adopting Max, please write to us at PricelessPoochRescue@gmail.com and ask for an application to adopt.

Max is presently living in western NC, but is close to the border of GA and TN. His foster mom is willing to drive to the Atlanta area for adoption, too.
