Panther is a very sleek handsome kitty. He is very talkative and loves being close to you and follows the foster around. He loves to play and hang out with his sibling Sweetie. He also likes the fosters cats and has been introduced to the fosters dog. He prefers to be held like a baby and wishes to be petted 24/7.
