Hi. My name is Bobby and I am a quiet beagle-mix in search of a new home. I am approx. 2 years old and weigh ~20 lbs. I was surrendered to a shelter in Kentucky and was recently transported to New Jersey and Penny Angels. Loud noises and sudden movements frighten me so I would do best in a home without too much noise or activity. A home without smaller kids would be best, too. My new owner should be a kind person who has experience in dealing with fearful dogs. I don’t really pay much attention to other dogs, but a doggie friend might be good for me. I do NOT walk well on a leash and would need to find a home with a fenced-in yard. I am trying to learn how to use a doggie door in Rescue but still have some accidents in the house, especially when I am startled and dealing with a new situation. I will need to learn new rules in your home. Please be patient with me. I was at PetSmart for the first time on August 12 and spent a few hours sitting in the lap of a volunteer. I know that my forever home is out there. Can you help me find it?
