Meet Meatloaf – Your Lovable Rockstar Companion
Meatloaf is a lovable hunk of a dog who’s been waiting far too long for a home of his own. Since August 2023, he’s been living in a boarding facility, but he recently got a break—and he absolutely thrived in a home environment. This sweet 4.5-year-old bully mix (turning 5 in August!) showed everyone just how amazing he really is.
During his time out of boarding, Meatloaf proved himself to be the best boy. He’s fully potty trained, has impeccable manners, listens well, and loves nothing more than cuddling up with his person. Whether you're relaxing on the couch or enjoying a quiet night in, Meatloaf is right there with you—soaking up the love and giving it right back.
He’s goofy, playful, and full of personality. Meatloaf adores people and thrives on human connection. He loves toys, belly rubs, head scratches, splashing in water, and even bath time! He’s also a car ride enthusiast—especially if it means hanging his head out the window to feel the breeze.
While Meatloaf is non-reactive to other dogs on walks and hikes, he truly shines as the only pet in the home. He wants to be your one and only—soaking up all the attention he’s missed out on for so long. A home with older kids (13+) would be best, as he can get a little excited and just wants to be near his people.
Meatloaf is more than ready for his second chance. He’s affectionate, well-behaved, and just an all-around rockstar who’s waiting to share his heart with someone who will finally give him the love and stability he deserves.
