Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rusty is a beautiful Vizsla mix does not shed, high energy, not destructive, just bored and needs physical activity. He came from Guilford Animal Shelter as a stray in Nov 2022, he shut down and was scared. I took him in, hoping to keep him, but he needs more exercised then I can give him, along with mental stimulation as he is high energy and smart. I have 4 others older dogs and 2 cats, so this is a challenge for me to give him the attention he deserves.
He has been with me since January 28th 2023. He is about 18 months old and about 40 lbs. I am amazed how smart he is and he is a love bug and wants his cuddle time in the evenings. He gets along with my female dog and most of the time with my 3 other males, but there have been some fights as they challenge each other, no serous injuries.
He is a high energy and needs to be walk or play time to get his energy out. We have gone through 1st level obedience training; he rides well in a car.
