Gidget is an easy-going female gray tabby kitten born October 2022. She is friendly with trusted folks, giving kitty kisses, rubbing against your face and ankle rubs. Gidget Jumps in to laps, staying for short periods of brushing or petting, and she is a periodic talker. She isn’t a fan of being picked up but tolerates it for a very short while. Gidget is affectionate on her terms and is on the independent side. She is passive with cats and avoids pushy cats by getting up high on something. Gidget has met respectful kids, but not dogs. She is cautious and shy of strangers She plays with toys. Gidget would do best with another cat for a pal. She uses a scratching post and is fine with the litter box. Siblings are available.

This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Calicos and Siamese are $250+tx. If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, as one cat usually gets bored. Two cats are easier to care for than one (they self-entertain while you are at work), and they are emotionally healthier (don’t get lonely and bored). Easier to do today than 1 -2 years later when you finally realize the need.
