Hello humans! My name is Kitty Kitty Meow Meow because I really like to talk! My foster says I actually answer questions by the tone I use and how long I say things… super smart, see? I am the BEST dog-cat… I greet my foster family with a chat and purr while they have coffee by the pool. We then go start the morning routine and I follow them around while they do chores, we play chase / fetch, I jump out to spook the dog (claws in of course, for safety, but it’s still hilarious how I get her every time!), and I am not content in the morning until they give me some love and attention after a long night of looking longingly into their bedroom window. They say I'm really smart, because after just one time, I learned that "no kitty" and an "ah-ah" sound means I am not supposed to follow the people into the house because they have allergies. This is pretty good, because they leave the sliding doors open all the time to catch Caribbean breezes, and I just wait by the threshold until they come out to play again.
I am a light eater and slight in size (just 7 lbs). I hope to be an inside/outside cat, because while I enjoy hunting lizards outdoors, I also would love to just cuddle with you on one of those couches inside that look so comfy… perhaps you are not allergic like my foster family is, and this can be our spot?
The Puerto Rico Dog Fund (PRDF) is a non-profit organization sponsoring my adoption, and has already vetted me. I was given shots to be up to date when they took me in for my spay appointment on May 26th. I am also on a regular monthly dose of Interceptor Plus and I am a very healthy girl! Please consider adopting me! I’m getting attached to my foster and they really want me in a great home that loves me so much. I am such a great cat, and I totally love my people. I am also very social with other animals and am dog, cat, and chicken friendly. I'd really enjoy a home of my own and cannot wait to meet you.
Included in my adoption fee is the completed spay, vaccinations, as well as the cost to transport me to your area. PRDF will pay for my flight and carrier, but is dependant upon volunteer Flight Angels (humans) to bring me with them and my adoptive family will be required to meet the Flight Angel at SeaTac baggage claim to pick me up and start our new life. Please understand how this works and if you are unable to be flexible on pickup day, it would be best if you chose another pet.
