My name is Elma Lonestar!

Hi - my name is Elma. My foster mom calls me Ellie. I'm about 1 year old and 59 lbs.  My foster Mom had a DNA test done (see last image). I’m somewhat timid and shy at first that I’m overlooked. But once I warm up to you, I'm super snuggly and will binge watch your favorite Netflix show with you!  Doesn't that sound great? 

Better yet, I’m super smart! I know how to sit, come, and play fetch! I’m great in the car, crate trained, and I’m house trained. I also walk great on the leash. I take treats so sweetly and love squeaky toys and chasing after balls! I’m pretty laid back and take all things in stride. I am very dog friendly and haven’t met one yet I didn’t want to be instant friends with! In fact, I would do best with another dog friend in my FURever home.  Won’t you please give me a chance? I would really love to find my forever home!
