Meet Lady: Lady is a 11 year old spayed female Shih Tzu who was owner surrendered to us when her owner could no longer care for her. We can tell Lady was loved and adored as she closely bonded to her foster mom, follows her everywhere and loves to be held. Lady is up to date on Vaccines, heartworm negative and has lost a few teeth during a recent dental and is now ready to find a new home. She is house trained and rides well in the car, not sure about a crate as she prefers to sleep in her fosters bed. She is currently living with other dogs, and more of a parallel companion than an interactive one, she doesn't mind other dogs but does not seek them out.
Lady is looking for a home with or without another dog of similar size and energy, older kids are fine and she would very much prefer a home where someone is home a lot and lets her snuggle on the sofa while watching TV and snuggle in bed with her at night.
