My name is Don Don and my sister, Sugar, and I lost our family when our mom passed away. We are hoping to find a loving family to give us the love and care that she gave to us before she gained her angel wings. I am a 3-yr-old, 6-lb. white apple head chihuahua who loves to be held and cuddled. I love my sister but am not fond of big dogs. I really love people and would love a home where they are home more often than away. I get scared easily in new situations and Sugar helps to comfort me when they are not home or there is a storm. I love to sit with my human and will sit quietly with my foster mom as she works from home. I am house trained and walk well on a leash. I do not need a big backyard or other dogs to play with as I do not really like to play with other dogs other than Sugar. My foster mom says I just tolerate other little dogs but do not like to share my food or treats with them, so it's best if Sugar and I are the only dogs in the household. I love to sleep in bed with my foster mom and love getting butt scratches and kisses. Sugar and I cuddle in bed and we will crawl under the blankets together and snuggle next to our mom. Unlike other chis that might only have one human they love we love anyone that will hold us and love us. Due to my small size, I must be adopted to an all-adult home with no visiting small children. And I'm too small for stairs, so a one-story home is required. If the home does have a fenced yard, it must be a smaller space.
