Adoptive Home Needed for Bossie who is currently being cared for in the Schenectady, New York area.
Our very sweet and striking blk/white eleven-year-old male Cocker Spaniel, Bossie, is in need of a forever home without young children. He is very friendly and quite lovable. Don’t let his age fool you, he has lots of puppy-like energy and is often mistaken for a younger dog. He can jump very high so a secure 6 foot fenced in yard is recommended. In his current foster home he enjoys jumping in and out of their pool to cool off and take a swim!
Bossie loves attention, his former owner mentioned that Bossie can be mischievous, he will pick up things in the home he shouldn’t (TV remote) to get attention and runs around with it in his mouth. He doesn’t destroy it and will drop it when he gets bored. Perhaps he’s hinting-to shut off the TV and play with him. He is a character and will make you laugh with his antics. He loves stuffed squeaky toys to play with. If you’re looking for an older couch potato type, Bossie is not the fella for you. He is very engaging and will keep you up and about! Bossie is a healthy senior. He is UTD on vaccines, HW neg, he was recently neutered had blood work and a dental.
