Meet Sammy! Sammy was surrendered at a high kill shelter in Tennessee by his owners due to - being blind! We knew we had to jump into action. Yes Sammy is Blind and is what we call a popeye dog (one eye) but that does not slow him down. He is estimated to be 8/10 yrs old. He gets along great with all the other dogs in his foster home. he also gets around great! Sammy loves laying in the sun, playing in the yard and snuggling. He is the ultimate lap dog.
