My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Happy 48th anniversary to Homeward Bound Pets Humane Society!!!! We have proudly served Yamhill County and numerous other counties to find placement for homeless, stray, abandoned and owner surrendered animals. We wanted to celebrate our anniversary with a special offer. All dogs and cats over 6 months of age will have an adoption fee of $48.00 from July 13th-August 31st.
Our adoption procedure will still be the following below:
*** You don't need an appointment to visit our cats, here is what you need to know:
1. Cats are avaible to visit Thursday-Saturday 10am-4pm.
2. Proof of home ownership must be brought with you, i.e a mortgage statement or property tax or home owners insurance
3. If you are a renter, you must have a letter from your landlord stating you can have a cat, pet policy and or pet agreement are not sufficient.
4. Debit/Credit or cash for adoption
5. Cat carrier, we have card board ones for $5
6. You can place a hold on a cat, due to people not returning we will be charging $25 to hold, this will be taken off your adoption fee.

Meet Sweetie, she is approx 2yrs old, spayed female. Sweetie came from a hoarding house with 2 other cats. It took sometime to get her weight and health up. She is very sweet, her best friend is Jolene another cat who is an alumni and also came from a hoarding house. Sweetie is sometimes shy, especially around loud people. She has been aorund cats, dogs and children. Sweetie sometimes gets brown tears, she will let you wipe them easily, nothing medically to fix it, its from all the years of living in a hoarding house. It doesn't hurt or bother her. She would love a home where she can lay in the sun, a quieter home and she would love to go with her best friend Jolene, but it is not required.

My adoption fee is $48: This includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccines, microchip, dewormer, flea treatment and a 1 pound bag of food they are currently on.
