My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Are you ready to add a burst of sunshine to your life? Look no further than Paris, an adorable rescue puppy who embodies boundless joy, love, and warmth. Paris is eagerly awaiting the chance to become a cherished member of your family, bringing her outgoing nature and affectionate spirit into your home.

Personality:
Paris is a little ball of positivity and enthusiasm. Her outgoing nature and friendly demeanor make her an instant hit with everyone she meets. Whether you're seeking a cuddle partner or a playmate, Paris is ready to adapt and be by your side, ensuring your days are filled with laughter and heartwarming moments.

Compatibility:
Paris is a social butterfly who adores both people and dogs. Her playful interactions with other dogs make her an ideal companion for families with canine friends, while her gentle nature around kids ensures harmonious interactions for all. While Paris hasn't been exposed to cats, her adaptable personality and willingness to learn suggest she could potentially adjust well to a cat-friendly environment.

Training and Potential:
At this young age, Paris is a blank canvas, ready to soak up new experiences and knowledge. With patient guidance, positive reinforcement, and consistent training, she's bound to flourish into a well-behaved and obedient companion. Paris's exuberance and love for people could make her an excellent candidate for training in various activities, from basic commands to engaging in agility or obedience competitions.

Additional adoption info

Our dogs are special to us, so we do check references and may require home checks for adopters. Most of our dogs come from kill shelters, dumped or abused. Some maybe needy or in need of training.

Our adoption fees vary depending on the medical needs of the dog and cover all shots up to date according to the age of the dog, all required testing for diseases, spay or neutering of dogs (age appropriate), micro-chipped and transport fees (if we transport the dog).

We required a submitted application along with 3 non-related references. Please be patient, we are an all volunteer organization, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Go meet their pets

We have events in Central Arkansas area and New England area. We operate through dedicated fosters. If you are not in Central Arkansas we can send you video or even do face time to allow you to see how the dog interacts with other dogs and fosters. We also can do live video with Periscope application for smart phones.

If the dog is not in your area we can transport to a local foster in your area. Transport usually takes 3-5 days depending on your location and method of transport.

More about this rescue

We're an all volunteer group of concerned citizens committed to animals in need of rescue. We are passionate about spaying/neutering to end unnecessary euthanasia due to pet over-population. We rescue from local high kill shelters and abandoned dogs. To adopt go to http://www.kcpetrescue.org/adoption-application.html
