Hi there friends!

My name is Otter and I think that is the coolest name ever!!

I was presumably dumped in a ditch at a gas station at only 10 weeks old....some people are just down right evil. I was so scared and confused.

Luckily, someone found me and got me to Lucies. They have been taking really good care of me.

Did you know that there are ALOT of dogs here?? I have made so many friends that I can't even count.

I am super K9 friendly and am leash trained. How awesome is that???

What we all want though is to have a forever family and home. Please inquire about me or my many other friends here!
