My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Here is "Scott".
Scott originally came to us back in August, he got adopted only a few weeks later and now Scott had to come back to us because there was another cat in the house who would not accept Scott as Scott grew older and would bully and beat up poor Scott.
Scott is now about 9 1/2 months old. He is orange and white and has some part Maine Coon. He is a really good looking boy.
Here is Scott's story:
Back in August, Scott was found at Quality Inn in Waterbury right off the highway. We got a call from a guest at the hotel telling us that there was a kitten outside by the door. We went there right away and, naturally, the guest was just leaving and there was no kitten! So we left a cat carrier at the hotel in case the kitten came back. Guess what? The following morning we got a call ... the kitten was back! We went there right away and were able to get Scott to come with us. He appeared to be very skinny but sometimes it is hard to see just how skinny because of a cat's longer hair. We do not know how long Scott was there. He had to find his own food and shelter. It looked like Scott did not know how to play and he never had the opportunity to play.
Scott needs and deserves a loving home. He has not had a good start with his life. He is a very nice boy, he is very gentle and he is very friendly. In his new home, children must be 6 years old or older.
Scott is neutered, he got his shots and he tested negative for feline leukemia/aids.
