Rose Hope Animal Refuge is A 501 (c) 3 committed to helping the homeless cats and dogs throughout Connecticut in the following areas: Waterbury, Watertown, Prospect, Naugatuck, Middlebury, Southbury, and throughout New Haven County. Prospective adopters outside of the New Haven County and Connecticut are encouraged to apply for a pet, as we have previously placed pets to wonderful homes in New York, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.
