Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Kodiak Reno! Kodiak is an adorable little Chihuahua boy he is 8 pounds and about a year old. He is a happy, sweet boy that loves his toys and loves being around people and dogs. He is crate trained and uses Potty Pads or the doggie door to go outside. He will need practice on a leash to make walks fun and exciting. If you want someone to sit on your lap and give you kisses, this little boy is the one for you. Just look at that face, who can resist? If you feel Kodiak is the guy for you, fill out an application as soon as possible.
Interested in becoming a forever home for Kodiak? Fill out our online adoption application: http://www.friendswithfourpaws.org/adoption-form.html This is the first step in our process, and we don't go any further without an application.
Find more adoptable pets, news and information on Instagram @friendswithfourpaws or our Facebook page Friends with Four Paws .
We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting Kodiak.
We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and Kodiak the perfect forever home, and appreciate you working with us.
For immediate consideration, please attach your application to the initial inquiry to help us expedite the process.
Our adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses.
All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.
Thank you in advance for your patience with our process and for making adoption YOUR option!
