Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Stella! She arrived at the shelter as a lost girl on 8/7, and no one has come to reclaim her. Stella is now hoping for a new forever family and home where she will be loved and kept safe so that she never ends up back in the shelter. Stella is absolutely beautiful with her brindle coat and intelligent eyes. She has been calm and gentle with the volunteers. They describe her as very sweet and attentive. Stella does know how to sit nicely when asked. You can tell that she's had pups in the past, but she's taken the "no more pups" pledge!
Stella is approximately 3 years old, and she weighs 57 lbs. She is UTD on vaccines and she has been spayed. She will be microchipped and heart worm tested upon adoption. Please come meet Stella in run 873; her ID # is 648262.
Please note, all of the pet listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers, not shelter staff. If this pet came in as lost (not an owner surrender), we don't know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When calling the shelter about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER, names are oftentimes made up by volunteers.
This pet and many others are available for adoption from the Cobb County Animal Shelter 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, call (770) 499-4136 for more information.
