Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Mercy
I am Mercy, an 18 month old doberman who was rescued from the streets at only four months old. I was found wandering all alone.
When I was found, I had a horrible home ear crop job with fishing line - which resulted in major infections. The rescue and my foster mom got that all squared away, no permanent damage except my flip flop ears. But they are awful cute and make me unique.
I am a big tall girl who loves balls, frisbees, bones, and water! I can splash and play in a sprinkler all day. Sometimes I'll even jump in the pool!
I dont hate cats but I definitely don't love them. They are just so fun to chase but that's not nice.
I love my dog sister Abbi. She is a little floofy thing whom I nap with, chase around, and my tug o war pal.
My family has these creatures called chickens and turkeys. I am very curious but keep my respectful distance. My mom guards the chickens though, I'm only allowed to help supervise. Their eggs are delicious.
I went to professional training. I know how to crate, stay, sit, heel, place, and play. There were big dogs there and we all got along great.
I love my human sister, I adore her. But she is so small and I'm so big and it's too hard for us to play safely. So, for now I need a new home with no kids under the age of 12.
I need lots of exercise and I love to run those zoomies off, so I need a home with a yard. No yard just would not work for me. Oh, and a fence. A fence is a must.
I also love cuddles, am extremely loyal and easy on the eyes! Thanks for reading about me and if you think I am pawsome fill out an application at bigloverescue.org
