Gucci was abandoned by his previous owner in a dangerous rural mountain area. There was no food and water and there were lots of hunting traps in the area. If a stray cat or dog got caught in these traps by accident, they are likely to lose a limb or to be killed. Luckily, Gucci was discovered by a good samaritan who asked us for help. We rescued Gucci and treated his skin disease. Now Gucci is completely healthy and this gentle and adorable baby is ready to look for his forever home.
Gucci is very friendly towards people and other dogs. Around people, he will wag his tail and say hi. Even when meeting a stranger, Gucci will happily come up to ask for pets. He also gets along well with all of the other dogs in his foster home. When meeting new dogs for the first time, Gucci is not aggressive or nervous, he is happy to make friends with them. Gucci has a sweet temper and is very social, he is very adaptable to different environments and does not get nervous easily. Gucci is very polite around cats as well, he will not bully or chase them. He loves treats but does not food guard. Gucci likes to go on car rides to the park, he loves to run freely. We take Gucci to the groomers every month to get his haircut. The groomers always praised his good behaviour during his haircut, nail trimming, and ear cleaning.
Gucci is such a sweet, intelligent, and well behaved dog. Gucci has a lot of energy and is suitable for outdoor activities. His adoptive family needs to ensure he gets sufficient exercise everyday. Gucci is sensitive to noises and he gets agitated when he hears a strange sound. For example when he is about to eat and sees a strange animal, he will start barking. Other than that, Gucci is very quiet. He is very loyal to his family and loves to be around them all the time. Gucci is currently learning good indoor manners. He mostly goes potty outdoors but when the weather is bad he will use pee pads indoors to relieve himself. Gucci has an adorable smile and personality, and he would be an amazing companion. Please understand that Gucci needs regular grooming and brushing. He needs facial hair trimming every 2 weeks, full body grooming every 8 weeks and this is part of his regular living expense for his entire life.
