Here's what the humans have to say about me:
· Intake Reason: surrendered, not housebroken Known with: · Cats: briefly exposed and did well · Dogs: does well in WCHS playgroups · Kids: previously lived with 3 & 5 yr olds · Bio: Hi I'm Sweetie. I was adopted from WCHS for 8 months and recently returned due to housebreaking issues. Because of my breed, I am a very high energy girl who would love a job to do. My previous family thought there was too much going on in their home for me to stay focused and remember my potty training. When I was with just one of my owners for an extended period of time, I seemed to be catching on! WCHS is encouraging my next family to use an umbilical cord method upon arrival to my new home to help me start out on the right foot. I also should be crated anytime I'm left alone. I tend to find my own fun when left to my own devices, but do very well when I'm crated. I would love an active home who can provide me with lots of exercise. I definitely live up to my name as I love everyone I meet!

Visit the shelter. We have an application that takes about 15 minutes to fill out once you have found a pet you like. You call back the next day which gives us time to review the application and gives you 24 hours to think about your decision to adopt. You can also complete our on-line application and get approved in advance of finding the perfect companion. Once approved, you are able to adopt an animal the same day.
