Espie is a very fragile and special case. We want this girl to find the perfect forever home after all she has been through. Unfortunately Espie has been homeless for most of her life. She is only about 1.5 years old and is a cattle dog mix. Poor Espie was a stray living on her own for about one year. We finally rescued her and brought her safely into a temporary foster home. She has been in survival mode for so long, naturally she is still learning how to trust humans. She feels safe around other dogs and has even learned how to play with them! This breed requires plenty of space and mental/ physical stimulation. She has lots of energy and would thrive in a home with a backyard, or a very active family who can put in the time and effort to help Espie reach her full potential. She is smart and brave girl and deserves only the very best!
