Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ed, who is called Eddie by his foster parents, is the sweetest little guy. He's about 2 years old and 12 lbs. and is looking for someone to follow around all day! Eddie is a quiet boy, he rarely barks and can most often be found right in your shadow. He likes to play but is also very content just hanging around watching the world go by. He is good with other small dogs, but big dogs scare him. Eddie is potty-trained and crate trained and is working on walking on a leash. What he wants more than anything is people of his own to follow, snuggle, and love.
Since Eddie is shy and likes a quieter home, he would do best in a home with children 8 years old or older.
We are a RESCUE GROUP, not a shelter, and all of our animals are in foster homes. To start the adoption process, email us at adoptions@earstexas.org requesting an application. Submitting an application does not commit you in any way, but helps us make the best match between people and our available dogs. Your current or past dogs must be inside dogs who have been spayed/neutered and are on heartworm prevention.
All of the dogs in our program are inside dogs and are completely vetted including all vaccinations, spayed/neutered, free of internal parasites, microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention before adoption. Our adoption process includes an application, check of vet records or personal references, interview, neutral site meet & greet with the dog and your family, and a home visit.
