Delilah is housetrained, kennel trained, and walks well on a leash. She is a very intelligent and sweet young lady with a friendly personality that will warm up to everyone. Delilah gets along with children and other dogs but is not good with cats. She loves chasing squirrels and playing outside with other dogs but her favorite pastime is snuggling on the couch. Delilah can easily jump a 4ft fence to chase bunnies, so it's recommended that any future adopter have a 5-6+ft fence or be in a position to monitor her when she's outside. She would do best with an active family and/or other playful dogs in the home.

Delilah is a 4-year-old mixed breed rescued from a high-kill shelter. This dog is current on vaccinations, microchipped, 4DX/heartworm tested negative, and spayed. This dog is also tested with other dogs, kennel-trained, and housebroken. Delilah can easily jump a 4ft fence to chase bunnies, so it's recommended that any future adopter have a 5-6+ft fence or be in a position to monitor her when she's outside. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if it might be a good fit for your home.

Adoption information:

The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals.

We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!)

Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at our adoption events, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed.

Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525). *We will not be hosting an adoption event on Saturday, September 30. We are offering private adoption appointments for individual animals September 25-October 1.*
