My life hasn’t always been easy. My previous owner didn’t take care of me, and now I’m heartworm positive with some health complications because of it. The truth is, no one knows exactly how much time I have left—maybe a few months, maybe a few years. But what I do know is this: I want to spend every day I have being loved, understood, and cherished.
Because I can get overstimulated and easily excited, I need a calm, structured environment with an experienced owner who understands active breeds like me. I’m looking for a home where I can be the only pet—no cats or dogs—and I’d do best in a home without children. I’m not trying to be picky; I just want to set everyone up for success!
Once I trust you, though? I’m all in. Loyal, joyful, and full of love to give. I may have a ticking clock, but I’m determined to make the most of every moment—with YOU.

My adoption fee of $50 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for? I will also have a free yearly exam and core vaccines for the rest of my life with the Wetness Clinic.

Since the opening of our adoption, medical, and boarding facility in Spring 2012, we have been able to save more than 15,000 companion pets from euthanasia and gave them a new lease on life. We continue to strive toward the goal of a no-kill community and state through adoption, pet retention, rescue partnerships, and medical services.
