Give a warm welcome to Khaleesi! This sweet girl is looking for a forever home to call her own. Khaleesi loves to run and romp around with all her human friends, she hopes her new family can offer her lots of playtime outside and tons of awesome toys, especially plush toys. She would love to be your little shadow and follow you around wherever you go. Khaleesi loves making friends with every person she sees and just loves to be in the mix. She is looking for a family who will prioritize her daily mental and physical enrichment by taking her for daily walks and offering her things such as puzzle feeders and find it toys. Khaleesi loves meeting other dogs here at the shelter and making friends, she may enjoy having another k-9 companion in her new home. We have a simple adoption application and approval process. Our adoption fees vary by animal, but generally include neutering, age appropriate vaccinations, behavior and health assessments, and health insurance. In addition, all adopters have free access to our Adopter Support program for assistance with health or behavior issues that may arise.

Michigan Humane is the oldest and largest animal welfare organization in Michigan, taking in approximately 35,000 animals per year.
