Hello! Taus and Gravity are a fully bonded pair of kitties looking for a forever home together! Taus is a neutered male short haired gray tabby with white cat with special needs. Gravity is a spayed female short haired ticked tabby. We have been together since we were small kittens. Taus is special needs due to a spinal deformity causing him to not have use of his back legs to stand. He is diaper trained and crate trained at night or when you aren't home. Gravity is crate trained with him and they love to spend time wrestling and snoozing together. When it's meal time they wait for the other cat to get into the crate before eating and they like to eat from the same dish. Gravity plays gently with Taus like she understands his limitations. They seek each other out when outside their crate for play and snuggling. Taus needs diapers changed regularly and will never regain the use of his back legs. He does use a boogie board and is learning to use a pet wheel chair. He takes a daily bath like a champ to keep his bottom and legs from getting sores. His care is simple but needed for the rest of his life. They are both very outgoing and love to share the plate at meal time, so make sure it's big enough for two! Taus loves to get belly rubs, curl up in your arms like a baby, and if he's really happy he'll give you a kiss. Gravity loves to play hard then when she gets tired will come up to you and ask to be picked up and held, then she's off again on another adventure! When they get sleepy, they like a nice lap or chest to curl up and purr on. A warm window and a soft bed would make our lives complete. Do you have room in your heart and home for the two of us? Taus will have all of his special needs equipment given to his adopter to give him a great start in his new home. He comes with a disabled cat ramp for getting up on beds or couches, a low cat tree with brush so he can scratch his ears and face, a low entry litterbox, and a large box of diapers and wipes to get you started. We have been in a home with other kitties but will need time to learn how to interact with new cats. PLEASE NO DOGS but have been around children. Introductions with any other pets should follow WBCats instructions and be slow and gradual. We are up to date on our vaccinations, tested negative for FIV/FELV. We have had our vet exams, been dewormed, microchipped and neutered/spayed. Please note: kittens may NOT be adopted as a Barn Cat nor be outdoors unsupervised as they are too young to know how to protect themselves.
