My name is Casper!

We would like to debut Casper! He is as sweet as can be! When you meet him you can not tell that he is blind or deaf! He is the most lovable guy! He learns his surroundings quickly.

He is housetrained but occasionally might have an accident if he can’t get outside fast enough after being let out of his crate due to sometimes he gets turned around because he’s so excited and runs in the wrong direction. His foster makes sure he is following her so he doesn't get turned around in his excitement.

He does need to be crated when left alone. He would love to live in a house only, because he doesn’t really have an “inside” voice. Since he is deaf he doesn’t realize how loud he really is and sounds like a combination between an elephant and a pterodactyl with a little bit of a screech owl thrown in. 🤣
