My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, everyone, we are the adorable, bonded brother/sister pair of Winter & Shadow.

Winter is the white bun who is a neutered male and Shadow is the sister bun who is a spayed female. Winter is the smaller of the two and Shadow is only slightly larger. We were surrendered to the rescue along with our mom and siblings when the person who previously owned us no longer wanted to care for us when we were only a few days of age. Thankfully rescue placement was found as well as a foster home while we grew.

We are a very friendly pair and quite curious of our surroundings. We are not fans of being picked up but do love to run and play and binky everywhere. We will run up and bop our noses into you for attention. We have been altered and vaccinated against RHDV and are about 95% litterbox trained. We are about 9 months of age so now all we need is to find a forever home of our very own.

We are eating lots of timothy hay, timothy pellets, a big bowl of fresh water plus our daily salad of fresh dark leafy greens such as romaine, cilantro, bok choy and carrot tops. We also like our weekly treats of such things as a piece of banana, carrot or even a few blueberries.

Would you like to adopt a gorgeous pair like us?

More about this rescue

After fostering for over 20 years I decided it was time to open my own rescue. Bunnies are intelligent caring sensitive creatures who blossom in the right environment. They have much more spunk and personality than most people realize . You will be a convert once you have the chance to experience first hand how wonderful a compainon they can be.
