This is an abandoned dog left at our private trailer park from an owner who left our park. She cannot be reached to take it back. We definitely cannot take the dog ourselves. We live in Carson, WA and there's no dog services in Skamania County and none of the other nearby counties take a dog out of their county. I'm just about ready to put the dog down if I can't find anywhere for her to go.
