This very distinguished gent is just a great guy. He has a very chill personality, except when it comes to food. He LOVES to eat. If he had his way, he would dine ten times a day. He was surrendered to our rescue by a couple who could no longer care for him. His “special need” is that he is deaf. He is sweet, loves to be in a lap, playful, gets along with our other fosters and is very self confident. In short, a normal cat with a terrific personality. It took him less than a week to decide he was ready for our other fosters to meet him. He hopped out, made the rounds to say hi and integrated himself as if he has lived with us his whole life.
If you would like to meet Stanley, visit our website at southerncountiesrescue.org and complete an adoption questionnaire. He would make an awesome addition to any family.

More about this rescue
We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 non-profit cat rescue group. We rescue abandoned cats & kittens from the streets and high kill city animal shelters in Orange, Los Angeles, Imperial and San Diego counties.
We also help people who need to rehome their pets through our Community Foster Program in that we post the cats on our internet sites and accept applications for them. We also help the owner screen applicants and bring their cats to our adoption events but we cannot physically take them since we are foster based. We do not have a physical shelter, we foster in our homes, not in cages which is a more natural environment for cats.
Lastly, we help reduce the number of unwanted kittens with TNR (Trap-Neuter/spay-Release) by loaning traps and instructing others on how to TNR and by referring people to low-cost S/N clinics.
