Rags was found as a stray on the street by a kind cat loving lady. She started feeding him and brought him to her house, for safety and food. He is used to a family life, other cats and dogs. He's a beautiful cat, learning to trust people. The adoption fee is $150, to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption.
