What's up? My name is Plop and I am pleased to make your acquaintance. I am a gorgeous and floofy, longhaired orange tabby girl who was born on June 6, 2023. I am full of entertainment and energy. Do you have a resident cat who needs a buddy to play with or to snuggle? I'm your gal. I'm a pretty independent kitty and won't be like one of those super annoying cats who needs to be on or near you all the time. I'm perfectly content doing my own thing and entertaining myself. Now that doesn't mean I'm not friendly - I still love butt scritches and under-chin scratches. I would like to snuggle you on the couch once everyone is settled down. I just like to get attention on my own terms. I really love other cats - in fact my best friend in the whole world is my tortie sister Plunk. She has the same personality as me, so we make a pretty good pair. We both love other cats and enjoy feline companionship. NOTE ABOUT BREED LABELING: Visual breed identification of cats is unreliable and usually inaccurate. So, for most of our adoptable cats, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each cat or kitten
as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our cats based on personality, not by breed label.
Adoption Process: Complete the application at
www.pawsforliferescue.org. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the mandatory, minimum two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. You will pay the non-refundable adoption fee at the start of the two-week adjustment period. This pending period allows your new dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.
