Thelma lived in less than ideal conditions and have known very little care and love in her very short life. She has the sores and boo-boos from neglect which will heal. Thelma at first glance has a terrier/jack Russell look, outgoing, curious and ready for adventure. They are enjoying all the friendly people, the yummy and plentiful food and are ready to join new families.
