Dipper got his name from his cute ink black makeup look, and his tail tip that looked like it was dipped in black! He's a sweet and energetic boy who loves to play with other dogs and people. Dipper is crate trained and doing good on potty training! He lives in a foster home on a farm, so he has been exposed to all sorts of animal friends.
