Hi! My name is Thelma and I'm a beautiful 1yr female sable German Shepherd. I am located near the Memphis, Tennessee area and am available for transport to my forever home.
I'm in a wonderful foster home with my gal-pal Louise. You can see her in the pictures and video with me. We are best friends and loving playing together. I also play great with other male doggos too.
I’m young, energetic, and I love to run and play so I’d love to be in a home with people who want to be very active with me! I am fully house and crate trained. Isn’t that great! Sooo much easier to adopt me than a silly puppy! All the advantages of a young active, loyal dog that you can love fur-ever, with none of the disadvantages!
Even though I already have decent manners, I would benefit from obedience training. I am super smart & eager to please so I know I'll catch on quickly. Will you help me learn so I can have the best manners ever?

***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION***
-ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted
-We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply
-All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered
-Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter
-An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog
-Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
-Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications
-All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time
-Not able to adopt? Consider FOSTERING one of our wonderful dogs!
